Effects of media violence on society
In the twenty-first century, media actively participates in the life of every person, as it follows people anywhere in a daily routine. It accompanies people wherever they go: from their apartments to the work, institutions, other cities, countries, and continents. For instance, people listen to the radio every day while driving to work, they notice plenty of colorful advertisements on the roads, in subways, even when people surf the internet ads pop out unexpectedly to catch the attention of potential customers.
Media violence is extremely important topic for today's world, as it can affect every person in both positive and negative ways. Some people have a feeling that media invades not only in their personal life but also in their own space. Is media dangerous for contemporary society? Should people avoid it? How to guard children and teenagers to the world through media lense? To understand this issue accurately and be able to answer mentioned above questions, some of the significant things such as current events, opinion of the experts, and the effects of media violence on society will be discussed further.

ReplyDeleteThank you for covering this topic. Violence effects on media is something I have been worried about always. As you said before in other post, it desensitize people and it is what make them do very aggressive actions that they will never do if they weren´t covered by that much violence on tv, videogames, music etc.
